Rohit works in the Finance function at VenturEast having over 5 years of work experience. He is currently responsible for fund monitoring, fund structuring, investors' relations, portfolio valuations, Accounting & Financial Due Diligence, regulatory & taxation matters.
Prior to joining VenturEast, Rohit has worked with Wipro Ltd. as Business Finance Manager. He carries more than 3 years of experience in Business Finance and Deal Pricings which includes deal modelling and negotiation, revenue recognition and monitoring the profitability growth of the assigned customer clusters.
Rohit is a Chartered Accountant with All India Rank-43.
